Acarbose
Es un medicamento oral utilizado para tratar la diabetes tipo 2.
Bloquea las enzimas que digieren los almidones en los alimentos. El resultado es un aumento más lento y menor en la glucosa en sangre durante todo el día, especialmente después de las comidas.
