> Blossary: Immoderate Immovables immunity
1) Immoderate, is an adj. that means in a non moderate way, thus exceeding average, or exaggerating. Ancient Greeks used to say the well known proverb, ''Keep everything moderate, in moderation, or act in a moderate way, thus wisely, prudently. And another similar proverb :''If you keep everything in moderation, thus moderate, thus keeping the average in everything, it will be Best for you..for everybody who does,'' etc 2)Immovables, is immobile, house as immobile property, or house in a piece of land, as 'immovable' thus ''kind/part'' of Real Estate; it derives from verb ''move, and not move'' thus be in movement, here immobile, is house property, that in terms of etymology of the word, means exactly 'that cannot move', etc 3) Immunity=exemption, discharge from accusation thus punishment, due position as politician for instance. Thus we have entire term ''parliamentary immunity'' (=βουλευτική ασυλία), or 'diplomatic immunity'=διπλωματική ασυλία. A law used, or still may be voted, being introduced by Government, and cabinet of Ministries, as Executive Power, actually in regard and view of this Law for/of Parliament with constitutional force, thus any acts, that are not actually, ''too legal ones' of politicians, may be exempted from punishment, with prior accusation, and these persons said to be under protection of Constitution and relative law, and not subject to punishment, thus discharged as politicians, due their role and attitude as members of Parliament. In Greece, there's been so much said and disputed and claimed in regard to this law, as Law on which a lot has been discussed in Parliament and from Ministries and Government, till is eliminated under force and power of Constitution. This Law, voted in the past is opposed to article of Constitution, ''Equality of All Citizens Before Law'', thus we are all in a country subject to laws, and relative sanctions in equal terms.
