> Blossary: Grade
Grade is Degree, level of rate, and thus we have the adverb 'gradually' which means 'little by little' in slow tempo but in constant rate. In Court Procedure, and in the frame of Civil Procedure, we have First Instance Court, thus court of A'grade, where legal issues and litigation is held at first level and first view, in simple penal acts. We also have Appeal Court, for appeals, which consists in further check of a case as above previously adjudicated by First Instance Court of A grade, more deeply and to detail, while Appeal Court is court of B' grade, and following this, we have High Constitutional Court, C grade for serious penal and criminal acts, being responsible for irrevocable decisions (of final stage), in the frame of process of Cancellation, submitted to them from Appeal Court in relative cases..
